PRICE

YLLE states that all prices displayed on this website are mentioned in EUR, VAY included.
All prices are accurate but errors can occur. If a price has been set incorrect, you will be notified after you placed your order and you will get the chance to cancel the order if you don’t agree with the correct price.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

YLLE is shipping to all European countries.
Please note that shipping costs will vary, depending on the weight of the package and the country of destination.
Ylle is not responsible for any delays linked to the shipping company.

The extra shipping cost will be mentioned an the check-out.

For Belgium we are shipping with Bpost.

For foreign shipment, your order will be managed by a reliable shipping company.

RETURN POLICY

Every buyer has the right to return goods within 7 working days. Beginning from the day the customer receives the order.

YLLE should be notified by e-mail if the customer would like to return or change one or multiple product(s). Included in this e-mail the reason for the return.

All items should be in a perfect state, unworn, unused, no smell and accompanied by it’s bag, packaging and all other extra’s that were included in the shipping order.

Costs linked to the return are due by the customer.

The price of the product(s) will be refunded as soon as the product(s) have arrived at YLLE and have been checked for flaws.

YLLE is not responsible for problems and delays that are due to problems with the shipping company. It’s always advisable to use a secure and registered shipping company.
